🔒Custody

Our custody system is designed to ensure both security and flexibility for our users while maintaining ease of integration for wallets or exchanges. We leverage a 1/2 Multisig setup to facilitate key actions such as borrowing, repaying, and adding collateral.

Multisig Setup

The 1/2 Multisig setup consists of two keys:

  1. User key – held by the wallet or exchange client.

  2. Service key – managed by us to handle specific operations.

To perform critical actions (such as borrowing, repaying, or adding collateral), only one of the two keys needs to sign the transaction. This allows the user to have control over their funds while still allowing the service to initiate certain processes on their behalf when necessary.

Enhanced Security with Customizable Multisig

For more advanced needs, we offer a customizable Multisig setup, such as 2/3 signatures, leveraging services like Fireblocks Cosigners. This allows for greater flexibility and security, as an additional signature from a trusted third-party service is required for certain high-stakes actions, providing an extra layer of protection.

Position Isolation through Unique Addresses

To isolate user positions and ensure the separation of funds, we create a new wallet address for every user. Each address is unique and dedicated to a specific user, ensuring complete segregation between users and enhancing transparency and security.

By isolating addresses, users can manage their positions with confidence, knowing that their assets and transactions are compartmentalized, reducing the risk of intermingling with other users' funds.
